All tour prices are listed in USD, however payments can also be made in Euro (€) or British Pound (£) for your convenience.

Our rates are:

• Per person / per tour
• Inclusive of all taxes and service charges
• Regularly updated to guarantee the best possible value

Once your booking is confirmed, your tour price is fully guaranteed and will not be changed under any circumstances.

We are committed to offering transparent pricing, exceptional service, and the best travel experience throughout Egypt.

Children from 0 to 5.99 years old: Free of charge

Children from 6 to 11.99 years old: Pay 50% of the adult tour price

Children aged 12 years and above: Pay the full adult price

Important Note

The children policy does not apply to any kind of transportation tickets including:

• Domestic Flights
• Train Tickets
• Bus Tickets

In these cases, a full ticket price is required for every child according to the transportation company policy.

To make your travel planning easier and more convenient, we offer a flexible booking policy with a small down payment of only 25% to secure your reservation.

Your deposit covers:

• Tour reservations
• Domestic flight tickets
• Hotels & cruises
• Transportation services
• Other travel-related arrangements

The remaining balance can be paid:

• Up to 2 days before your arrival, or
• In cash upon arrival at your destination

This flexible system allows you to confirm your trip with confidence while keeping your booking completely secure and risk-free.

We are committed to providing a smooth, safe, and stress-free booking experience from the moment you reserve until the end of your journey.

Vera Egypt Tour does not charge cancellation fees for tours or excursions canceled due to force majeure circumstances beyond anyone’s control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Earthquakes
• Volcanoes
• Government restrictions
• Any unforeseen emergency situations

However, if the cancellation is made due to personal or business reasons, and Vera Egypt Tour has already incurred non-refundable costs on your behalf, these expenses cannot be refunded.

Refund Policy

• Travelers can receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the tour or experience start time (local time zone).
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Important Note

• Flight tickets and train tickets are completely non-refundable once booked.

We always aim to provide maximum flexibility while ensuring the highest level of service and commitment for every booking.

Once your tour booking is confirmed, we will send you a final confirmation email along with your travel voucher.

Your confirmation package will include:

• Your booking confirmation details
• Printable travel voucher
• Contact numbers for your tour operator
• Customer support information
• Important travel notes and additional details for your convenience

Please print a copy of the voucher and bring it with you during your tour to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
