Welcome to Egypt
Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, our representative will meet and assist you before transferring you to your hotel in a private air-conditioned vehicle. Enjoy a smooth check-in and spend the remainder of the day at leisure.
Optional evening activities include a Nile Dinner Cruise with live entertainment or the spectacular Sound & Light Show at the Pyramids.
Overnight in Cairo
After breakfast, begin your exploration of Egypt’s ancient wonders at the world-famous Giza Plateau.
Discover the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramid of Khafre, and the Pyramid of Menkaure. Continue to the Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple, where ancient royal rituals once took place.

An early morning departure takes you to the enchanting Bahariya Oasis, located approximately 350 km southwest of Cairo.
Upon arrival, switch to a 4x4 vehicle and begin your desert adventure. Explore the remarkable Black Desert, famous for its volcanic hills covered with black basalt rocks, creating one of Egypt’s most unique landscapes.
Continue to El Heiz Oasis, where you can relax beside natural springs and enjoy lunch surrounded by breathtaking desert scenery.
Then venture deeper into the White Desert, one of Egypt’s most extraordinary natural wonders. Marvel at the stunning chalk rock formations sculpted by wind over millions of years into shapes resembling mushrooms, animals, and giant sculptures.

Children from 6 to 11.99 years old: Pay 50% of the adult tour price

In these cases, a full ticket price is required for every child according to the transportation company policy.
To make your travel planning easier and more convenient, we offer a flexible booking policy with a small down payment of only 25% to secure your reservation.
Your deposit covers:

The remaining balance can be paid:
- Up to 2 days before your arrival, or
- In cash upon arrival at your destination

Vera Egypt Tour does not charge cancellation fees for tours or excursions canceled due to force majeure circumstances beyond anyone’s control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Earthquakes
- Volcanoes
- Government restrictions
- Any unforeseen emergency situations
However, if the cancellation is made due to personal or business reasons, and Vera Egypt Tour has already incurred non-refundable costs on your behalf, these expenses cannot be refunded.
Refund Policy
- Travelers can receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the tour or experience start time (local time zone).
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Important Note
- Flight tickets and train tickets are completely non-refundable once booked.
