Cancellation & Refund Policy

Vera Egypt Tour does not charge cancellation fees for tours or excursions canceled due to force majeure circumstances beyond anyone’s control, including: Natural disasters Earthquakes Volcanoes Government restrictions Any unforeseen emergency situations However, if the cancellation is made due to personal or business reasons, and Vera Egypt Tour has already incurred non-refundable costs on your behalf, these expenses cannot be refunded.
